Hey, I’m Hugo

I am a NEO Emotional Release Facilitator, Capoeira instructor, Musician, Ceremonialist and former Sales representative at the NEO Emotional Release Institute. Already as a child I was fascinated by the human body and human interactions in all forms.

As I already started practicing Capoeira at the age of 9, I was able to experience a world full of tradition, physical movement, music, human interaction, culture and spirituality.
I always had the dream of brining that all together and provide that to other individuals.
By walking my path I came across other Methods, Traditions and teachers that carved my way to who I am right now.

I am here to help you experience yourself and look into all the aspects that remain inside of you and find the beauty in it. We are all fantastic creatures and sometimes we forget that.
